Come along for a deeply restorative Shiatsu & Sound evening!
This will involve a guided shiatsu massage session with Tania Noble from Oxfordshire Wellness, followed by a blissful sound healing from
Sonia.
In your shiatsu session you will find out more about this powerful healing therapy that works directly with your energy through acupressure to realign and rebalance the body and release energy blocks.
Tania will empower you to heal yourself using work on specific pressure points.
During Sonia’s sound bath Tania will then offer you each a blissful mini shiatsu massage to help you achieve true relaxation.
(You remain fully clothed for this event, so wear comfortable clothes)
Instructions
Bring a pillow for your head to rest on and a blanket to snuggle within. Wear comfortable clothes, and layers to stay warm and cosy.
You are invited to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time to begin to settle into our space.
