Shiatsu & Sound

Join us in this beautiful, calming space for a relaxing, rebalancing evening of Shiatsu massage and sound healing.

This event includes a bespoke 5-minute shiatsu massage that works on acupressure points to release tension and stress and realign your energy. These treatments will take place during a guided relaxation/yoga nidra and will then be followed by a deeply restorative, immersive sound bath experience for an hour.

The sound bath will feature a range of deeply resonant instruments, from large Tibetan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls to powerful hand gongs, chimes and shamanic drums.

This session will be about releasing energy that no longer serves you, or inviting in a renewed sense of purpose, peace and relaxation.

The evening concludes with a healing circle, plus connections over drinks and snacks.
