Rae’s blend of qigong and yoga is designed to awaken the wood energy, to stir the body from slumber, open energy and awaken potential.
Tania’s guided shiatsu massage section will teach you how to heal yourself with self massage using acupressure points to alleviate specific symptoms. Tania will also share health and nutrition tips to help boost your Spring energy.
Spring Nourishment – fresh light food to remove sluggishness and green smoothies to nourish your Liver and gently cleanse the body.
Energy awakening treats and a mezze box for lunch, all made with love and created to nourish and awaken the body.
Walking, Wild Swimming, Wood Fired Hot Tubs and Sauna. Our venue has a wonderful lake open for wild swimming and surrounding the lake are two wood fired hot tubs and a sauna.
While you are resting and soaking up the Spring energy Tania and Rae will be offering seated massages focussing on head, neck and shoulders. Tania will offer energy-balancing shiatsu massages and Rae will offer Thai yoga massages.
Throughout the day you will have time to pause and to reconnect. Let us nourish you!
