Located in a gorgeous new yoga studio this wellness event will start with energising Pilates with Liz, followed by a guided self-shiatsu massage section with Tania, then an intro to face yoga with Liz culminating in a relaxing guided meditation.
There will then be teas, coffees and snacks and a chance to meet the other workshop attendees.
