DESCRIPTION:  \nCome along for a deeply restorative Shiatsu & Sound evening!\nArrival from 6.45pm\, you will be welcomed with a herbal tea and have time to create your space comfy and cosy. \nThis will involve a guided shiatsu massage session with Tania Noble from Oxfordshire Wellness\, followed by a blissful sound healing from Sonia. \nTania will explain all about Shiatsu and what points you will be working on together to activate\, this powerful healing therapy works directly with your energy through acupressure to realign and rebalance the body and release energy blocks. \nDuring Sonia’s sound bath Tania will then offer you each a blissful mini shiatsu massage to help you achieve true relaxation. You will also have the option to add reiki into this mini taster. \n(You remain fully clothed for this event\, so wear comfortable clothes) \n\n\n\nInstructions\n\nBring a pillow for your head to rest on and a blanket to snuggle within.\nWear comfortable clothes\, and layers to stay warm and cosy. \nArrival time from 6.45pm – herbal tea upon arrival. Event starts at 7pm and finishes at 8.30pm.
