DESCRIPTION:Prioritise self care and relaxation with this restorative evening of Shiatsu massage and reiki healing with Tania as well as sound therapy from Sonia. \nAt first Tania will explain how to support your energy as we transition to Spring. She will then teach you some self shiatsu massage\, using acupressure points to relieve tension and rebalance your energy. \nThis will then be followed by an hour’s healing session\, with a Sound Bath incorporating a wide range of sounds\, during which Tania will provide a bespoke reiki treatment for each person\, to cleanse your chakras (energy centres). \nThere will also be teas and snacks provided.
