Ingredients –
- 2 cups almond butter (450g)
- 1 3/4 cup of brown rice syrup (400g)
- 2 1/4 cups protein powder ( 8 scoops. Half chocolate, half vanilla)
- Shredded coconut
Method –
- Mix the almond butter and brown rice syrup in a microwave bowl.
- Heat for 90 seconds
- Mix well
- Add protein powder & mix
- Add oats & mix
- Roll into 48 balls and add cocnut on top
- Refridgerate for 1 hour
- Store in fridge
