Ingredients –

  • 2 cups almond butter (450g)
  • 1 3/4 cup of brown rice syrup (400g)
  • 2 1/4 cups protein powder ( 8 scoops. Half chocolate, half vanilla)
  • Shredded coconut

Method –

  • Mix the almond butter and brown rice syrup in a microwave bowl.
  • Heat for 90 seconds
  • Mix well
  • Add protein powder & mix
  • Add oats & mix
  • Roll into 48 balls and add cocnut on top
  • Refridgerate for 1 hour
  • Store in fridge
