Ingredients –
- 2 – 4 scoops Arbonne cinnamon roll protein powder
- 1 cup Quinoa Buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon flax meal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups of almond milk (depending on how many scoops of protein you decide to use)

Method –
- Mix flax meal and water, set aside for 10 minutes
- Mix apple cider vinegar and almond milk together
- Combine all remaining ingrdients with almond milk as well as flax meal mixture
- Heat pan on the stove to medium / high heat
- Lightly spray some avacardo or coconut oil on the pan
- Scoop about 1/2 cup of mixture into the pan ease. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes til the mixture hardens, then flip
- Repeat until remaining mixture is used
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
