Ingredients –

  • 2 – 4 scoops Arbonne cinnamon roll protein powder
  • 1 cup Quinoa Buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups of almond milk (depending on how many scoops of protein you decide to use)
  • choice of topping

Method –

  • Mix flax meal and water, set aside for 10 minutes
  • Mix apple cider vinegar and almond milk together
  • Combine all remaining ingrdients with almond milk as well as flax meal mixture
  • Heat pan on the stove to medium / high heat
  • Lightly spray some avacardo or coconut oil on the pan
  • Scoop about 1/2 cup of mixture into the pan ease. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes til the mixture hardens, then flip
  • Repeat until remaining mixture is used
  • Serve with your favorite toppings!
