Ingridients –
- 1 tbsp maple
- 50g chia seeds
- 1 tbsp oats
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger, optional
- 2 pears, finely diced, skin on
- 50ml yogurt of choice
- 50ml dairy-free milk
- 50ml Kefir – or replace with more yogurt
Method –
- Add the milk and yogurt to a bowl, mix in the spices (tumeric, cinnamon, ginger), then add the oats, chia seeds, desiccated cocnut, maple syrup and fruit. Mix to combine.
- Transfer to individual pots and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
