Ingridients –

  • 1 tbsp maple
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 25g desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger, optional
  • 2 pears, finely diced, skin on
  • 50ml yogurt of choice
  • 50ml dairy-free milk
  • 50ml Kefir – or replace with more yogurt

Method –

  • Add the milk and yogurt to a bowl, mix in the spices (tumeric, cinnamon, ginger), then add the oats, chia seeds, desiccated cocnut, maple syrup and fruit. Mix to combine.
  • Transfer to individual pots and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
